TWI JR – Training Within Industry Job Relations
In this workshop, the framework and the reason for the success of TWI in general and more specifically in Job Instruction and Job Relation will be explained. In more detail you will experience in practice how to apply the Job Relations Method by using simulated situations and by practicing on own cases.
Job Relation helps leaders to have good relationships with people they lead and to solve and prevent people problems. It helps leaders to follow a thinking pattern, to make and think of better decisions.
The workshop will contain:
- How TWI is helping companies to achieve better results by developing leaders
- Demonstrates the 4 steps of solving people problems
- 4 foundations for Good Relations of TWI JR
- Explores the way to implement TWI within a company, explains pitfalls and keys to success
- Practices the 4 steps of Job Relation problem solving based on examples and own cases, so that you are able to start using the 4 steps of problem-solving for your own needs.
- Practical cases and results of companies in how they applied TWI
