In November 2018, at the initiative of the LEAN LT team, the Excellence community, consisting of the most active representatives of companies implementing operational excellence practices – clients, partners, and friends – was formed.

The Excellence community is a group of people who support the ideas of sharing and cooperation and who have agreed to work to:

  • Get to know each other and expand the circle of like-minded people;
  • Exchange good practice, learn, and acquire practical skills;
  • Get a deeper insight into operational excellence culture;
  • Contribute to social projects;
  • Constantly seek additional motivation and support for further activities.

“By taking on the Excellence community coordination mission, we aim for the representatives of different companies in this circle of people to build their knowledge, share success stories, lessons learned, and insights,” said Vidas Petraitis, the head of Nortus, who came up with the community idea.
