Nortus team consists of eleven experts working with Lean since 2006. All team members are certified by Honsha, where they took over the Lean philosophy and values. Some of the Lean projects in Lithuania involve five visiting consultants from Honsha. They constantly monitor and evaluate Lean processes in Lithuanian companies, thus ensuring that both Lithuanian and the most successful international corporations are implementing a Lean system that meets Honsha standards. The international experience of consultants and methodical Lean audit help to identify all capabilities of the organisation and to tailor the implementation of each project to the specific needs of the company.
