We are Nortus, a consultancy company of effective management practices, which specializes in problem solving, crisis management, Lean application and organizing practical TWI (Training Within Industry) sessions. We cooperate with businesses aiming to become industry-leading companies.
We began providing our services in 2011 as Lean practitioners. Lean LT, our company title at that time, reflected our experience and place of operation most accurately.
Over 10 years we became the largest consultancy company of effective management practices in the Baltic States. By professing Kaizen, a philosophy of continuous improvement, we constantly strive for excellence in knowledge and education and continue to broaden our experience in the international market.
We are genuinely pleased, as we appreciate every client of ours, to have applied our effective management methods to such industry-leading companies in Lithuania as Girteka, companies of SBA Group and Viciunai Group, Baltik Vairas, also, Latvijas Balzams (in Latvia), Kohila Vineer (Estonia) and to more than 200 other successful companies.
At present we are providing services in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine, however, we are aiming to work with companies in other countries as well.
We are well aware that return on investment (ROI) is of paramount importance to any organisation. While working with our clients, we estimated that every euro companies invest in improvement of their operations helps to save or make an average of EUR 7.6. Having our customer loyalty index NPS as high as +74 makes us cherish the work we do for our clients.
We have been operating under our new name, Nortus, since 15 September 2020. The name Nortus originated from the words “nord” or “north”. “Nortus” embodies a clear direction and strategy of moving up! By using approved business practices and knowledge, we help other companies achieve their biggest goals.
